Closing your account

If you want to permanently close your Vivaqui account, go to Dashboard → Settings → Account and follow the account deletion steps.

Before closing:

Make sure all active bookings are completed or resolved

Any pending payouts will be processed to your bank account on the normal schedule

Reviews you have received remain part of the platform record but are no longer attributed to an active profile

Account deletion is permanent. If you want to return to Vivaqui in the future, you would need to apply again as a new provider.
