Control email and WhatsApp alerts for booking activity.

Go to Dashboard → Notification Settings to control how you are alerted.
Email notifications — booking requests, confirmations, cancellations, new messages
WhatsApp notifications — if you have set up WhatsApp alerts, these cover booking requests and acceptance confirmations
Recommendation: keep email and WhatsApp notifications on for booking requests. Missing a request means a missed booking.
