Connect your existing calendar

Sync Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook so external appointments block Vivaqui availability automatically.

If you already use Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or any calendar app that supports .ics links, you can connect it to Vivaqui. When connected, your existing appointments automatically block your Vivaqui availability — without you doing anything manually.

This works in two directions. Import: your external appointments block your Vivaqui availability. Export: confirmed Vivaqui bookings appear in your regular calendar.

How to connect your external calendar

Get your calendar private link

In your calendar app, find the private .ics or iCal subscription link. Google Calendar: Settings → your calendar → Secret address in iCal format. Apple/iCloud: calendar sharing link from iCloud settings. Outlook: published calendar .ics link. Keep this link private.

Add it to Vivaqui

Go to Dashboard → Calendar, find Connect your existing calendar, enter a name (e.g. "My Google Calendar"), paste your .ics link, and click Connect calendar. Vivaqui runs the first sync immediately.

Check the result

After the first sync, busy times from your external calendar appear as unavailable blocks in your Vivaqui calendar.

Add Vivaqui to your regular calendar

In the same Calendar section, find Add Vivaqui to your calendar. Copy that link and subscribe to it in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.

Sync timing

Vivaqui refreshes connected calendars every few hours. It is not instant. If you add a last-minute private appointment to your external calendar, give it a couple of hours to sync — or block the time manually in Vivaqui while you wait.
