How Vivaqui availability works

Set availability windows and blocked times so bookings match your real schedule.

Vivaqui does not replace your calendar. It reads from your schedule and adds a booking layer on top.

When you set your availability in Vivaqui, you are telling seekers which times are open for them to request or book. When a booking is confirmed, that time is blocked automatically so no one else can book the same slot.

There are two things to manage:

Your availability windows — the general days and times you work. Set these once and update them when your schedule changes. Example: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Blocked times — specific dates or hours when you are unavailable: holidays, private clients, other commitments. You can block these manually in Vivaqui, or connect your existing calendar and let it happen automatically.
