How the money flows
What happens from seeker checkout to your Stripe payout.
When a seeker pays for a booking on Vivaqui:
Seeker pays at checkout
The seeker pays the listed service price shown at checkout. Vivaqui currently adds no separate seeker booking fee.
Stripe processes the payment
Stripe handles secure card processing on behalf of the platform.
Platform commission is deducted
Vivaqui's standard provider commission is 15%. Eligible providers pay 0% commission for three months only when an active introductory promotion applies; early access alone does not activate that promotion.
You receive your earnings
The remainder is transferred to your bank account via Stripe after the booking is confirmed and completed, before any separately applicable payment-processing treatment is reflected.
Current worked example: listed service price €100, seeker pays €100, Vivaqui provider commission €15, provider amount €85 before any separately applicable payment-processing treatment.
Your dashboard shows your listed service price, the Vivaqui commission deducted, and your net payout for each booking. Stripe payment-processing treatment is shown separately where available.
