How the money flows
What happens from seeker checkout to your Stripe payout.
When a seeker pays for a booking on Vivaqui:
Seeker pays at checkout
The seeker pays the listed service price shown at checkout. Vivaqui currently adds no separate seeker booking fee.
Stripe processes the payment
Stripe processes the payment on your behalf in your Standard Stripe account. You own the payment and pay Stripe processing separately.
Platform commission is deducted
Vivaqui's standard provider commission is 13% of the applicable booking or pack price. Eligible providers pay 0% commission for three months only when an active introductory promotion applies; early access alone does not activate that promotion.
You receive your earnings
Stripe controls payout timing through your Standard Stripe Dashboard, subject to its verification and payout schedule. Vivaqui does not send a transfer after each booking.
Current worked example: listed service price €50, seeker pays €50, Vivaqui provider commission €6.50, provider amount €43.50 before Stripe deducts its separate processing fee charged to you.
Billing shows captured bookings and pack purchases, Vivaqui commission, and net earnings after actual Stripe processing. Missing fee data remains pending. Pack visits are service delivery events and create no additional earnings or transfers.
