Understand platform fees and payouts

Joining Vivaqui is free. Vivaqui's standard provider commission is 15%, deducted from the provider side of a paid booking. Seekers pay the listed service price shown at checkout, and Vivaqui currently adds no separate seeker booking fee.

Eligible providers may receive 0% commission for three months only when an active introductory promotion applies to their account. Early access alone does not activate that promotion.

Example: if you list a service for €100, the seeker pays €100. Vivaqui commission is €15, so provider earnings are €85 before any separately applicable payment-processing treatment.

Stripe payment processing

Vivaqui uses Stripe Connect for card payments and provider payouts. Stripe payment-processing treatment is separate from Vivaqui's 15% provider commission and may be reflected separately in Stripe or payout views when available.
