How seeker refunds are processed and what providers should expect.

If a seeker is entitled to a refund, Vivaqui processes it through Stripe back to their original payment method.
When a refund is issued, you will be notified. If the refund is for a seeker-initiated cancellation within your policy window, it does not affect your standing. If a dispute arises about whether a refund is warranted, see Trust & Safety.
