Felu

I'm Felu — Argentine, yoga teacher, occupational therapist, and lover of water, fire, and everything that moves. I landed in Fuerteventura seven years ago and the island decided to keep me. The wind, the ocean, the light - it all made sense here. This is where I practice, teach, and live what I believe: that movement is a tool for consciousness, not just fitness. My background is broad by design. As a licensed occupational therapist I understand bodies — how they hold tension, where they get stuck, what they need to open. As a yoga teacher I work across styles: grounding Yin, fluid Vinyasa, challenging Rocket, and AcroYoga when we want to play. Each class is its own conversation between what you bring and what the practice offers back. I also lead yoga retreats on the island and collaborate with local wellness and sports spaces. But mostly I show up on the mat, present and curious, class after class. Movement leads to stillness. Come find yours.
