Trauma- Informed Somatic Movement Coach. I help people coming back home to their body through intuitive movement and nervous system regulation practices. My work is predominantly based on the SAH Method. What that means in a room: no choreography to memorize, nothing to perform. Music-driven, breath-led sessions where the invitation is simply to listen, feel, and let whatever wants to move, move. For people who've spent a long time managing their nervous system from the outside in — this works the other way around. What to Expect Guided, not choreographed — intuitive movement, free dance, and breathwork led by voice and music, not steps to follow. Nervous system focused — practices designed to help you regulate, not just relax for an hour. No experience required — this isn't a dance class. There's no wrong way to move. Emotional release, held safely — space to let sensation and emotion move through, with trauma-informed facilitation.
