What happens when a seeker cancels

If a seeker cancels a confirmed booking, the refund outcome depends on when they cancel relative to the booking date. The specific cancellation policy is defined per listing.

If a seeker cancels with enough advance notice (within your policy window), they receive a full refund. If they cancel late, the refund may be partial or none, depending on your policy.
